The Challenge

Parker Corporate Services is a business and government solutions company. Local to the pacific northwest and founded 1972, they help outsource various services for local companies. One of their divisions is the Business Extension Services which deals with large, call-center calling and answering services, with nearly 1,000 inbound numbers. They wanted to modernize their system from the older style copper PRI with limited capabilities to SIP trunking. The only problem: they needed a provider that would coordinate everything to a tee, right to the moment of the cutover. Due to being a 24/7 operation and a high amount of numbers to port, things had to be timed flawlessly, there was zero margin for error.

Audian implemented the SIP system in an incredibly precise manner. We timed all 1,000 DID's so that porting occured moments before the cutover, resulting in zero missed calls. With Audian's phone system and SIP trunking capabilities Parker Corporate can add new numbers to the system with the click of a button, and have more flexibility in their system.
